Karl has recorded, gigged and toured with artists such as Sinead Lohan, Naimee Coleman, Gavin Friday, Leslie Dowdall, Sharon Shannon, Jimmy McCarthy, Lesley Garrett, The Irish Tenors and The Celtic Tenors, Briana Corrigan (Beautiful South), Tommy Fleming, Camille O'Sullivan, Autamata and of course, The Camembert Quartet.  He works regularly on television as a backing musician and has appeared with Elton John, Cliff Richard, Sinead O’Connor, The Sugababes, Enrique Iglasias, Katie Melua, Westlife, Leanne Rhymes, Natasha Bedingfield, Rodney Crowell, Andrea Corr, Russell Watson, Samantha Mumba, Sharon Shannon/Steve Earle, Deacon Blue and many more.  In more recent years he has been doing a great deal of theatre work in Ireland and also plays with the RTE Concert Orchestra.
